A robust and larger device for filling automatic feeding machines for cows with feed straw. Filling devices also need to work with larger loading machinery, such as wheel loaders.

In response, Pellon has developed the new Module HD range, which is in a class of its own when it comes to capacity and ruggedness. The range includes three sizes of filling device ranging from 32 to 50 cubic metres. The internal width of the loading space is 270 cm, allowing the filling device to be loaded using large loading machinery.

The reliability of the new filling device is also greater than ever before. The conveyor is driven using sturdy zinc-coated roller chains that run inside closed channels to ensure they do not come into contact with the feed straw.
