ERGO lying stalls Lying stall series designed for modern freestall dairies Ergo models meet all new dimension requirements Ergo spacing elements are made from Ruuki 2” hot-dip galvanized steel pipe The open structure of the area in front of the stall allows animals to behave in a natural manner in the lying stall The design of the spacing element guides the animal into the correct lying position The optimal placement of the front pipe provides a generous space for the animal’s movements when lying down or rising, while still preventing an animal from ”walking through”. Ergo spacing elements are attached to the floor with a robust cast iron clamp and acid-proof concrete screws. Ergo spacing elements can be attached in three different ways The ends of an Ergo stall row can be made using either plywood elements with a steel frame or a concrete element.
